My name is Grace, and I'm 13 years old. I run a blog.
Well, more specifically, a young-adult-book-review-plus-foodie-plus-life blog.
I started out in January 2013 reviewing books that I read, but my life got really hectic and I couldn't keep up with it. I rebooted in January 2014, with a clean slate and a positive outlook. But I soon realized there was more to me than just a book reviewer, and I wanted to add another aspect to my site.
At the beginning of eighth grade, I began to develop a passion for cooking and baking and reading other people's food blogs, and I had a burning desire to at least incorporate food into my blog somehow. And what blossomed from that was the food posts. I basically began to post about everything that I cooked. When I started to train for my 10k in 2013, I had to educate myself about proper nutrition for an athlete, and I learned a lot from it that I am eager to share with you.
And then there's the life part. Because who can have a corner of the Internet where they don't give their insight on life? Not me. I'm young still, but I want to help people out in whatever ways I can.
These are the crazy years of my life, and I think the blog name "Teenaged Grace" suits it well. Enjoy this glimpse into the wild, hectic, frenzied, wonderful life of not-your-average teenaged girl. And don't forget to have some eggs with that novel.
